Brian M. Porter

Brian has over 12 years of experience in Technical Communications. He has authored hundreds of documents and online help systems in the areas of Computer Software and Hardware, engineering, Instructional Design, and Internal Process. As well as his vast knowledge of content creation, he has created and modified documentation processes, including instituting single-sourcing and content-reuse environments. He is familiar with all major tools and authoring environments, including XML and XSLT.

His experience in Technical Communications is augmented by his additional experience in software development, and technical training.
